Wall Thickness and Corresponding Models
To accommodate different wall thicknesses, two width options are available:
1155 Model: suitable for wall thickness of 9–13 cm
1653 Model: suitable for wall thickness of 14–18 cm
There is also the 1655 Model, which allows casing on both the interior and exterior sides and is suitable for wall thickness up to 22 cm!

The post-installation frame adopts a dry construction method and is assembled after masonry and painting work have been completed. This method is fast, clean, and does not damage the wall surface.

Installation Steps:

Pre-Installation Preparation

1. Confirm Dimensions
   After both the wall surface and floor tiles are completed, measure the width, height, and wall thickness of the door opening.
   According to the door opening dimensions, precisely cut the door frame and top frame, and assemble them with either right-angle joints or miter joints (45 degrees).
2. Assemble the Vertical Frame
   Use a laser level to ensure vertical alignment. Apply a small amount of silicone or dedicated adhesive to the back of the door frame. First fix one side of the door frame, then fix the upper horizontal frame, and finally fix the other side of the door frame, ensuring the frame is completely vertical and not tilted.
   The post-installation frame is divided into a main frame and a cover panel. Please first lift the cover panel, screw through the groove into the wall, and after fixing is completed, close the cover panel back into place.
   The product includes a screw pack and L-shaped metal plates, and can also be used together with a nail gun, quick-drying adhesive, wall-drilling screws, and other auxiliary tools.
3. Install Hardware and Door Panel
   Install the hinges and door lock hardware onto the frame, and test whether the opening and closing are smooth and whether the fit is proper.

Bathroom Waterproofing:
If installed in a bathroom area, the waterproofing of the threshold must be confirmed. It is also recommended to plan for dry and wet separation to extend the product’s service life.

The pre-installation frame is a traditional construction method in which the door frame is fixed to the wall structure before the masonry work is completed, and then the masonry worker fills and grouts it with cement. This method provides excellent bonding strength with the wall surface and offers the most solid structure. However, installation must be completed before the flooring is laid.

Installation Steps:

1. Door Frame Positioning and Temporary Fixing
Check dimensions: Confirm the door opening size, levelness, and vertical alignment.

Install flat iron brackets: Chisel holes on both sides of the door frame and fasten the flat iron brackets. At least 3 pieces are required on each side, and more than 8 pieces are required for a single door to ensure structural strength. Each door frame set purchased includes 8 masonry fixing plates.

Temporary fixing: Use wooden wedges to position the door frame upright in the reserved door opening, clamp it tightly, and temporarily secure it, maintaining the square shape of the door frame.

2. Masonry Grouting (Wet Construction Method)
Wall fixation: After installation is completed, the masonry worker should fill the gaps between the door frame and the wall with cement mortar.

Ensure compact filling: Grouting must be carried out in stages and compacted properly to avoid internal voids. This step will affect the future support strength and sound insulation performance of the door panel.

3. Final Finishing
After the cement has completely dried and hardened, flooring installation, wall painting, and other interior finishing work may proceed.

Important Note: During construction, the edges and corners of the door frame must be properly protected to prevent deformation or scratches caused by the subsequent handling of construction materials.
